Coming soon a National Health Service patient database is being set up. Basically, your data will be readily available anywhere that you seek treatment.

 

Patients are advised that locally, Torbay Care Trust will not be participating in the Summary Care Record project for at least 12 – 18 months. As a patient you will have the right to “opt-out” of this scheme if you so wish. You will be sent a letter informing you of your options.

 

Informing us of any address changes will ensure any letters are sent to you in a confidential & correct manner.
