Repeat Prescriptions
We need 24 hours Monday to Friday to have your prescription ready. Requests made on a Friday will be ready for collection on the following Monday. You may use the prescription counterfoil to indicate the necessary items.
Repeat prescriptions are available in the following ways:
- calling at reception and using our prescription post-box;
- by postal application by sending us a stamped addressed envelope;
- by faxing your request on 606525;
- or by using our online repeat prescription form.
Prescription requests are not taken over the telephone.
Allow an Extra Day if requesting your prescriptions after 1pm on a Tuesday or Thursday.
On your specific instructions, your prescription can be sent to the on site pharmacy or to certain other local pharmacies to be made up ready for collection.
Please bear in mind that we are closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1pm. If you send an email whilst the surgery is closed, it will not be read until the following working day, and the prescription not ready for collection until the 2nd working day.
